How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by method and location.

• Standard Ground (orders under $50 to continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, PO/APO/FPO): Free
• U.S. Territories: $20
• Canada: $15

We also offer two-day ($20) and next-day ($30) delivery within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

When will my order ship and how long will delivery take?

Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Standard ground delivery within the U.S. typically arrives within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

For some orders, you may be able to cancel eligible items by signing into your kate spade My Account shortly after placing your order. Please note that this self‑service option is only available for a limited time immediately after checkout. How can I check my order status?

What is the Kate Spade Outlet return policy?

Unused, unworn merchandise in good condition, with all tags and accessories attached, that is delivered within the United States or Canada (including territories) may be returned or exchanged. Returns are eligible for a refund to your original payment method or a free exchange sent to a U.S. or Canadian address.

All returns and exchanges must include valid proof of purchase and be completed within 30 days of the in-store purchase date or the delivery date (as provided by our third-party delivery partner). For your convenience, all items purchased online may be returned at any kate spade new york store free of charge.

Please allow 5-10 business days for refund processing after receipt by our team. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account. 

Further Return Policy terms:

• Outlet items returned by mail are subject to a $9 USD (or CAD equivalent) shipping fee deducted from your refund.
• Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
• International orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange by mail or in-store in the United States or Canada. Returns may only be made in the original country of purchase.
• Gift receipt returns can only be exchanged for merchandise or store credit at the price paid.
• In-store cash purchases of over $200 that are eligible to be returned will be refunded via corporate check within 2-3 weeks of return.
• Swimwear must be unworn and have the original liner intact.
• Returns of fragrance, beauty items, and legwear are accepted only if the original packaging remains intact.

What if my items are missing, damaged, or incorrect?

If your order arrives missing items or contains damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Care at 877-850-1079 right away. If a replacement is available, we will send it at no charge and provide free return instructions for the incorrect or damaged item.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

Occasionally, it can take up to one full billing cycle, depending on your financial institution's policy.
