The pearl detail on our You're A Gem huggies does a lot of heavy lifting for something so small. A snap-post closure keeps them secure enough to forget you're wearing them—which, honestly, is the highest compliment an earring can get.
Hook mechanism is tricky
These pearl huggie earrings are very pretty and I love how classic they look. What I’m not happy about is how poorly the hook mechanism is designed. I’ve tried adjusting it and sometimes it stays closed, but more often than not it doesn’t. It’s too frustrating trying to put them on and one time I couldn’t get the earrings off at all. They are good looking earrings but not worth the aggravation.
