Staci Mini Crossbody Bag

I wanted to share an honest review of two recent purchases, the Carter Nylon Large Backpack and the Staci Mini Crossbody Bag and I absolutely love them both. I’m 5 ft tall, and finding a laptop backpack that doesn’t look oversized on me has always been a challenge. The Carter nylon large backpack is just perfect for my heigh not too big, yet spacious enough to fit my laptop and a few extra essentials. Its design is simple, but it looks incredibly elegant. The Staci Mini Crossbody Bag is exactly the size I’ve been looking for. It’s not too big and not too small, just right for days when I only need my phone, cards, keys, and lip balm. What I love most about Kate Spade bags is how they combine simplicity with elegance. They’re understated, yet still make a statement. I would definitely recommend them!

I bought this bag because I was trying to obey a bag policy for the local arena that I attend games at. The policy is very strict 4 and 1/2 in by 6 and 1/2 in. This bag is not accurately described. If the bags do not pass inspection you may be permitted to enter. I am disappointed that even though it is only 1/2" over it may not pass inspection and I risk having to take my bag back to my car

I’ve bought this bag 3 times. I fell in love with it the first time because I love the compact design and style of it, I can easily wear it with any outfit. It was the perfect everyday bag. I repurchased a 2nd time because the area wear the strap connects to the bag was starting to fall apart (it was well loved). The 2nd bag I received was almost identical except for the fact that they took away the card holder slots in the front zipper part and there was no longer a zipper pocket in the main part of the bag. I was disappointed because I kept my cards in the front part, it was easily accessible and one of the reasons I loved it so much. But I dealt with the change and put my cards in the card holder slots in the main part of the bag. I repurchased a 3rd time because I use it everyday and it was starting to get messed up. Now with the most recent bag, they’ve taken away ALL the card holder slots, the zipper pocket is still nonexistent, the strap is no longer removable, and even the Kate spade emblem on the front of the bag is no longer metal, it’s just cheaply stamped on. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and changes made to this bag. Clearly these design changes were made to make a cheaper bag but still charge the same. It was once the perfect bag and now I will never repurchase it again.
