Too soft leather
Like the design and stitching that reminds me of a leather bag from a luxury brand however when I opened the box then saw and touch the material used for the bag - it felt too soft and weighs lite for a leather that I question its durability in the long run. I was excited to use it for a wedding reception for its elegant look however I wanted to purchase the item not only for its style but also for its functionality that I’ll be able to use it all year without having the fear that it will rip apart easily or get scratched.

Leather? Really?
Leather? Seems more like very soft, synthetic rubbery material... very cheap looking.
The attached shoulder strap is poorly designed. It attaches to the small hardware of the top handle which causes a buckling across the flap.
