An unusual review in that I have not yet received my Monica crossbody. After noticing over a week delay of any movement in my shipment in a city an hour away and 2 weeks from my order date I called customer service. Customer service gets the 5 stars. They listened to my concerns and agreed it was lost or misplaced and have immediately sent out a replacement. I ordered a gift purse a few weeks before this incident and got it immediately so my problem was a system glitch but was corrected immediately after contact. Thank you.

Just received my purse today and may I say wow!!!! So much care taken in packing and I absolutely love it. Now I’m going to look at another color
