Sooo very glad to see the closed top back on the Madison purse. It's so much better, safe and secure rather than the open top with things rolling out or someone putting their hand in. Thanks again!! Love Kate Spade!

I love the look of this bag. I’ve received so many compliments on it. I would have given it 5 stars. However, I’m unable to open it sufficiently to take things in and out of it. The opening at the zipper is really tight and the handles and crossbody belt are difficult to navigate around. It’s great for holding enough and still being somewhat compact. I am not certain what to do to make it easier to access the contents of the purse but I’m learning to work around the problems. I would recommend this to others with the understanding that they will have to accommodate this issue.
