Love this bag! Perfect size. Not stiff. I wish it had an interior pocket or 2 (other than the usual zipper pouch). Another review mentioned the strap isn’t adjustable. That’s simply not true. It is adjustable!
Also- it comes with an additional strap to use. That was a pleasant surprise.
Mine arrive steisght from the warehouse/factory; at least it seemed that way. It was SO well packaged and wrapped up and handled with care. I was removing packaging from all the nooks and crannies

Best bag ever!
This is the best bag I have purchased by far! The size is just right, it’s light weight and it holds so much and the hang options for crossbody are perfect!!! I see my self buying this in many other color options soon!

Love it
I am loving this bag. The leather is soft and it is lightweight and roomie. I tend to use the wider strap that comes with it and love that it adjust so easily. Do wish it had an outside zip pocket for keys, but it is still one of my favorite Kate Spade bags

Strap isn't adjustable
My fault because I assumed the crossbody strap would be adjustable. It's not. A 22 inch drop hits around my waist. It's too short.
It's a shame because this is a roomy bag, but it looks ridiculous. Back it goes.
