Broken
Broke on the first wear, one gem came off so the clasp unravelled. Would have returned but I don’t live near a Kate spade. If something could be sorted that would be great. Been on holiday so couldn’t report sooner. I’m sure it’s an anomaly but the gem should be strong enough to pull to tighten without snapping off. I didn’t use excess force.
