Dumpling Satchel Bag

Well crafted bag, but look closely at the pictures in this listing before purchasing, if you are familiar with the Dumpling Satchels. I’ve been looking for a dumpling satchel in this color for a while, so naturally jumped on this purchase immediately when I got an email about this new listing. I watched several review videos, and the main reason I wanted this bag was all of the individual compartments, all with snap closures (especially the smaller outer pockets). I didn’t look too closely at the pictures, because I’ve watched so many videos about the bag already, I knew I wanted to purchase it. I received this bag today, and instead of two outer pockets with snap closures, it only has one outer pocket, with no closure. It’s big enough to hold my phone, but the pocket gapes open without a way to close it, and doesn’t look like the put together purse I was anticipating (it doesn’t have that cinched together look of a dumpling). I don’t know how they even got that look on the stock photo of this listing. I’m not sure why this dumpling specifically has a completely different construction than the regular, but it’s upsetting that I’m missing the main features that I bought this bag for, and it’s of course final sale, no returns.
