Beautiful handbag - shoulder strap too long.
Beautiful handbag! But only if you are tall. The 22" shoulder strap is way too long for someone who is short like me at 5'2". The alternate shorter strap is too short to carry over the shoulder comfortably. I adjusted the shoulder strap to the shortest length. My shoe/handbag guy could not alter the strap because of the design. So disappointed that I'll have to return. I wish all mfgs. would consider the various heights of their customers or at least make make the design compatible with altering. Purchasing a new handbag has been a challenge for the last 10-15 yrs because of the long strap design.
