You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within three hours. If you ordered before 1 pm, your purchase will be ready for pick up the same day. If not, your order will be ready the next morning after store opening.
What information do I need to pick up my order?
A copy of your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) and one of the following: a valid driver's license or passport.

How can I cancel or return my order?
In most cases, we cannot cancel or change an order once placed as processing begins immediately. All items are final sale— no returns or exchanges are accepted for those items.
