Beautiful Fabric!
I have been looking at this dress for a while and finally decided to buy it during Kate Spade’s summer sale. I’m so happy I did! It’s really beautiful and high quality. I feel like the professional pictures do not do the fabric justice. It’s also lined with a really soft fabric so you don’t have to worry about the metallic thread on your skin. I don’t know where I am going to wear it because it’s so dressy, but I’m so excited to do so! I usually wear a size 2 or an XS at Kate Spade. I purchased a size 2 and fits as expected.

half is a dream, the other half is... meh.
I liked the dress online, but it turned out to be like a fashion mullet in person: party on the bottom, boring on the top. The top part is square, not fitted, and not flattering. For now, I have added clips to rouche the shoulders because that gives the top body a bit more shape, but I am trying to figure out a permanent solution. The bottom is a dream. I like the bottom enough to not return it and instead figure out how to bring parity between the two sides. Sizing: I am usually a size 8 in loose bottom dresses (5-4, 150 lbs, 34-30-40) so I purchased the size 8. I find it runs about half a size too large.
