Stiff and thick fabric
Nice fabric but to me the sizing is off. It runs small and the fabric is too stiff and too thick. The heart print is nice though.

very cute but runs VERY small - shouldve gone up 2 sizes now left with a final sale item I cant wear - also thought it had pockets and it doesnt
