I always have a great experience, but this visit was truly exceptional. The staff on this day were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely conversational. They offered assistance multiple times without ever feeling overwhelming, which I really appreciated. The products are always wonderful—I’ve been buying Kate exclusively for earrings and purses over the past few years—and I’ll continue to do so because of consistently positive experiences like this!
